Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowEasy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowEasy is an AI-powered CI/CD pipeline generator that integrates with GitHub to create, manage, and monitor deployment pipelines. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, and MCP server for IDE integration.

3. Account & Authentication

You authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and any API keys generated within FlowEasy. You must not share API keys publicly.

4. Usage Limits

The Free plan includes 1 repository and 5 pipeline runs per month. The Pro plan ($19/month) includes unlimited repositories and 10,000 pipeline runs per month. Exceeding limits will result in temporary restriction until the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing; (c) reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (d) use the Service to generate malicious code or workflows.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code, repositories, and pipeline configurations. FlowEasy retains ownership of the Service, its design, and AI-generated templates. Generated YAML files are yours to use freely.

7. Third-Party Services

FlowEasy integrates with GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. FlowEasy is not responsible for third-party service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FlowEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed deployments or pipeline errors.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your pipeline configurations in GitHub repositories remain yours.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
